Description   Filly What a great ladies’ top hat!  Perfect in black for your riding outfit or in colors and trimmed to sport with your bustle dress.  This hat is appropriate for late 1870’s through the 1890’s.  The strings down the back were called “flirtation ribbons” or “kissing strings”.  It comes in black, brown, gray, navy, and tan for $90.  It also comes in forest green, Kelly green, maroon, orange, pink, purple, red, royal, and yellow for $94.  It comes in white for $135.  Please order your hat size from 6 7/8 through 7 ¾.  The hat doesn’t get made until you order your color and size so delivery is 2 to 4 weeks
